Revenue Share
A compensation model splitting a defined portion of resulting sales revenue between the brand and the creator.
What it means in practice
The agreement must define whether the share applies to gross revenue, net revenue, or another calculation base. It also sets the covered products, attribution method, deduction rules, reporting access, and participation period.
Why it matters
The revenue definition can materially change the amount owed even when reported sales are identical.
How it is used
A creator receives an agreed share of revenue from a co-branded product sold during the campaign term.
